By using the online payments on GoTag apps, you confirm that the credit card in use is my personal credit card and authorized for use on GoTag apps for commercial and personal transactions under my responsibility. GoTag is using Paymob for its online payment transactions, which is authorized from the central bank of Egypt. Fawry responsibility is limited to payment collection. Payment online to buy from canteen adds an additional 3% processing and Paymob fees from the total recharge. Users can add to their canteen coins directly from their authorized entity without any extra fees.

Any user can refund anytime a product from the canteen which will return back the amount to the user canteen coins or cash from the authorized entity to be deducted from the user canteen coins.

The recharged amount is available for use from the user app on-the-spot. Users can transfer any amount from their canteen coins to their students' coins back and forth.

Default pricing for any of the attendance solution or canteen solution is 150 EGP per student per solution.
